VoIP Platform Upgrade

Please be advised that an upgrade has been scheduled for ALL services on Tuesday, February 20, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST.
During the three hour maintenance period, geo nodes will be upgraded one at a time. During the upgrade of each geo node, core, QoS, recording, and user portal services will fail over to the other node. You may experience a brief service degradation during the fail over process.
